Don't know if body horror exactly, but the final chapter takes place inside The Director's guts.

The player character smokes in the theater segment of the Soviet Consulate level, and at the start of the first three levels, he takes...medication, at least, to augment reality--first for the missions, and then his vacation. You can also find Placebex in the levels, which tends to mess with the UI and cause text to appear warning you not to do that again. In addition, as appropriate for a setting with elements of the 1950s, smoking is quite common and treated as normal.

The Director gets blackout drunk before the first two missions, though it's not obvious until you peek behind his desk. In the finale, he notes he's been suspended in high quality whiskey, and requests you rescue him before he drinks it all. It is also possible for the player character to booze out in Kai Tak Resort and the finale, though these substances, while resembling alcohol in presentation and appearance, are generally more harmful substances to humans. Somehow, you always survive.

A sidequest in the first level involves 'degaussing' pigeons, which stuns them but is not immediately lethal; however, the conclusion of the mission is the mission-giver baking them into a pie, which is presumably lethal to the pigeons. A sidequest in the second level involves swatting flies. And a mission in the third level requires you to roast a motorized pig on a spit. None of this is in much detail.

In the second level's climax in Golden Lucky Electric Squid, the player must pick up and a dead and partially dissected pufferfish like some terrible squirt gun in order to administer its poison to a target you want dead.

In the second level, inside of the Golden Lucky Electric Squid sushi restaurant, part of the main quest is collecting spiders in the restaurant in a jar in order to purposefully disable the man preventing you from entering the kitchen and poisoning a man's sushi so you can get his artificial kidney. ...Look, it's THAT kind of game. (It is also possible to find a spider in the time travel sidequest in Kai Tak Resort, and there's a woman in the standard version who will noisily request you knock one off her shoulder. In the latter case, doing so will have her walk away, allowing the player to see a much larger spider sitting on the back of her head.)

In addition to the spider section, there is a sidequest in the second level that involves swatting flies in a vase shop. The woman requesting your assistance makes the nature of the problem quite clear. Once you complete this mission, you receive a flyswatter...which, when used on seeming civilians, may reveal them to be a giant humanoid fly thing which promptly buzzes away. Also in the second level, in the roof area, there is a very large praying mantis associating with a person; look at it and turn away, and you'll hear the disconcerting noise of the mantis de-acquainting the person with their head. And in the final level, the player, guised as an exterminator, is tasked with eliminating the bugs in the kitchen right off. ...They're really mobile microprocessors, but the close appearance is obviously purposeful.

A snake can be found in the 'Western' segment of the time travel sidequest in Kai Tak Resort. It's not a threat to you and doesn't move at all, but it does eat a parrot.

In Kai Tak Resort, one random resort-goer will demand you shave him. This is completely optional, if very weird.

In the final level, there's a whirlpool hot tub with many people in it, and a woman complaining of being thirsty nearby. Set the tub to Liquefy, and, well, the mixture in the tub becomes altogether homogenous. You can then serve the mixture to the woman, who may remark on the deliciousness of people afterwards (indicating she's perfectly aware of what's in her drink).

Just crossing the bridge immediately behind the player in the first level (Soviet Consulate) will result in the PC pushing someone on it onto the road below. In addition, one of the spyglasses on a high floor of Kai Tak Resort's hotel will show a brief James Bond homage, then cut to 'real life', where the imitator is shown briefly hovering in front of the binoculars before falling with a Wilhelm Scream. Investigating the scene below the fall after this point is not advised. In addition, in the final level, it is possible to push someone out a window from the penthouse while engaging in a pillow fight; given the sheer height, survival is unlikely.

There's a mild trend of...reverse jumpscares. It doesn't hit you with both visual and audio stimuli at once most of the time, but rather one or the other. Hang around in the main area of the Soviet Consulate and turn around, and a security agent will be staring at you silently at far too close a distance. Look at the mantis seemingly selling a human lemonade and then look away, and you'll hear a lousy noise; look back, and you'll see the mantis now has itself an unfortunate snack. There are some double-stimuli jumps, but they're usually not too scary.

In the final level, there is a bathroom with a large shower that seems to have someone behind the curtain. Approaching it makes the screen go grayscale, and interacting with the curtain will play Psycho-type strings as it's revealed that the 'person' is really some piled-up junk, which promptly begins to fall apart. It's very clearly a parody--and you're the one causing it. Nobody is actually hurt from that action. (It's another story for the two goons in the bathroom and yourself.)

As well as wig, pumps, and lipstick. The presumed-male player character is commanded to do precisely this as part of a story quest after answering the phone in Kai Tak Resort. Like many things in this game, it's all in a comedically serious manner; there's no crassness (unless you exploit your ability to draw in lipstick on the screen), but you are shown to be doing this to 'distract' a particular mark. Nobody comments, except for a woman who seems to like your style. It turns out the mark knows it's you, but it's not clear if the implication is if your disguise was unconvincing, he already knew, or if he just saw your name in the guestbook and figured anyone trying to hit on him is probably up to something. It's present, the implications are a bit unfortunate, but it hardly revels in it. Just another day in the life of Polyblank.

There is a variety of suggestive content, but none of it is either terribly explicit or strictly necessary. There is, however, the wandering robot sex worker in level one, most female resort guests in Kai Tak Resort (but hey, it's a beach, people are gonna wear swimsuits), and The Editor's groupies in the last level.

Once you finish the map sequence and reach Kai Tak Resort, the sound of a car crashing is heard. The level loads with the player character alive and well next to a crashed car, presumably their ride there. The driver, however, is incapacitated; but the player can choose to throw money at them, which may imply they can recognize them still being alive. Of course, it's Jazzpunk; it could go either way.
