No one is stalked in the traditional sense but a doll is shown to move around the house on its own so that it is constantly in a position where it is watching the parents. They are naturally frightened and confused by this so it is suspenseful and ‘creepy.’
Right at the beginning a home invasion is shown and a woman is restrained. She often has nightmares about this event and restraining is shown multiple times throughout the film, however the scenes are relatively short.
teeth aren't damaged, but i just wanted to add a little comment that theres a scene where the doll has maggots around one of the eyes towards the end and for a moment my friend thought they looked like teeth and got mildly triggered.
There are no black men (or women) in the film. There is a character played by a woman who was born in India, but beyond that there are no people of color in the film.
The Heelshires from the first film committed suicide by drowning. There is a flashback to this however all you see is them walking into the water, no signs of struggling.
