A little after the beginning, one of the memories the main character sees is a man abusing a woman, presumably by her boyfriend/husband. You see her trying to get away, but then the camera cuts away and you only hear screaming and hitting/slapping. You don't see the actual physical abuse.

Blood is seen once in the beginning and once at the very end. Just shows blood. At some point a character gets slapped around in the face a few times which leaves a few cuts/bruises. A character also gets a tattoo which drew either a little bit of blood or it was ink/whatever medium was being used, seen briefly.
