1. A man shoots his girlfriend. This is done very suddenly. It's theatrical (overdramatic) and graphic.
2. A woman presses a gun to a man's face. He takes the gun from her, places it in his mouth, and shoots himself. We only see the blood/brains on a statue behind him.
3. A woman reads a disturbing passage to her young daughter that declares mass murder, followed by suicide is a positive and moral decision. She then goes to record herself shooting up a concert. This film was released in 1990, predating mass shootings such as Columbine by nine years, and long before anyone had the idea to film themselves doing it. It felt uncanny watching it now.
