Here is a list, I'll update more when I find more.
S2 E11: Only a mention, Winnie says shes going to throw up and runs out, but you can't hear anything
S2 E17: Not visual, when Paul and Kevin are in gym class, you can hear somebody throw up
S6 E3: Around the end of the episode, where Kevin and Linda are outside, Kevin tu* on her. Audio no visual, sounding fake.

A hamster is taken home by Kevin to be part of a relatively harmless science experiment, where one hamster eats normal hamster chow and the other is given some junk food. However, things go bad as Kevin's older brother, Wayne, repeatedly threatens the hamster's life as a method of bullying Kevin. Wayne man-handles the hamster with general disregard, holds it out of a bus window threatening to drop it, and even threatens to drop it into a running garbage disposal. Although the hamster is ok after all of these incidents and threats, ultimately the hamster is killed when Wayne (in what genuinely seems to be an accident) vacuums the hamster up. Skip from 17:24 to 18:04 to avoid the death scene.
