There is vomit! It's at around the 43 minute mark. It's right after Grace looks up something on a computer, then she runs to the bathroom right after and v***its. It's just audio, no visual (I think the most you see is her running and collapsing into a bathroom stall). It doesn't last long. I'm guessing about 5 seconds.
