There is a dance number where the characters are mad at one another which gets slightly rough for the woman (if anything, more so for the man) but it is not brutal.

Not on screen, and not for certain, but it can be inferred.

There's lots of innuendo, but nothing more that kissing and public embraces is seen.

Does someone say "I'll kill myself"?

Someone in a crowded room nonchalantly puts a knife to his wrist and otherwise suggests that he plans to kill himself. Repeatedly, This is played as silly and he never literally states "I'll kill myself." Instead he says things like 'It's all over for me' or 'This is my last night' -- again, without worry and more jovial than upset.

The fact that a white person dons blackface is enough, but he also drops letters off words, such as "I'ma goin'" instead of "I am going." Further, desired foods include possum pie and there is dancing with human-sized (stage prop) watermelon slices.

The closest we get is the whip dance, and no BDSM community would classify that as BDSM.

Nothing obvious, but there is a paper that seems to be in Hebrew, which I can't read so I don't know if it is offensive or not.

Only white people die, but there is a stage act for the club's audience showing a stage heaven populated by black people (white actors in blackface).

The copious imbibing seems more social than abusive.

In a whip dance, the whip jostles a woman's hair. She is angry about it, but seems unhurt.

Are there demons or Hell?

In the stage act of heaven, there is a stage chute to Hell, so we see that mock-up entrance as part of a set. That is: rather than a movie depiction of hell, the movie shows an audience in a club watching a musical number where part of the stage set is labelled "Hell" and the stage performers (not the movie characters) deal with that set. It is not scary or grotesque and is passed by quickly as the song continues.

Nothing bad happens to any animal, but we do see a stage number where obviously live animals are theoretically 'dead' in the number -- but even there, the animals are upright and moving about rather than acting dead.

Brief shot of a dog in Peter-Pan-like gear/wires propelled above the stage to connote flight.
