70-year old Brandner Kaspar lives with his granddaughter Nannerl in the mountains at the Schliersee. As he is visited by the Death and wants to take him, Brandner Kaspar tricks him and gets another 20 years of life.
While the dog does not play a central role, he is shown in several scenes and does die. When seeing the dog, it is not certain that he is dead, but it is confirmed at a later point without seeing the dog in the confirming scene.
A dog is sad for a moment and you can hear it yowl for a second. As a result of this sad moment, the dog does die (more details in the "Does the dog die?" - section.
Sometimes, people are stopped in their walk or pulled towards someone. While most likely not impacting on people that have not experienced domestic violence, I did want to point it out as I do believe it may be triggering.
Adding on top of that, there is an outdoor pub fight scene as well.
A few fast camera cuts/pans towards the personified death. Would not categorize these cuts as jump scares per se, but I wanted to still mention them as they may scare you depending on your sensitivity for fast visual and unexpected changes.
There are several scenes that are shakey in this movie.
Two shots quite close to each other show quite a fast pan and yet another few shots show a slow-mo that seems blurry - any of these may induce dizziness.
One lighting is seen from afar that also lights up a room at night. Not particularly bright, but still mentioning it just in case. From 00:48:10 up until 00:48:46.
Several hunting scenes - more details in my comment on dead animals.
In several scenes, someone shoots at another person without hitting them. However, in one scene, someone accidentally receives a glancing shot to the ear.
Two major characters "die", but only one of them is shown as dead at some point. I put "die" in quotes as the movie is about death and so, dying in this movie does not necessarily mean that you will not see them after their death.
I do want to point out that several scenes play in heaven (depicted according to Christianity). These scenes do not appear to be unstable or unhinged, though.
One scene shows the aftermath of a supporting (or even less than that) character cheating on their spouse with one of the main characters. It is confirmed that they cheated via the dialogue after the scene.
One scream/shout is there that leads to someone seemingly "receiving" a tinnitus for a short time in the following scene that fades out after a few seconds.
Kids screaming for a second as the personified death appears. Sequence is not scary as the entire movie is meant as a comedy and not as a horror movie.
One other short off-screen scream, immediately followed by a corpse within a coffin - a corpse that looks like it was alive just a moment ago.
The cause of death is unclear in this case, but you do see someone falling and then, being dead after. Will not provide any more details to not spoiler the movie.
Several religious scenes, including visual depictions of religious aspects. All of them according to classic Christianity as the movie is set at around the year 1860 in Bavaria, Germany.
There are two scenes that show a close up of some clouds for some seconds.
Some scenes show the screen partly filled with clouds and sometimes partly filled with sunshine as well.
Also, there are some scenes that show a bit of smoke due to smoking cigars/etc., as well as due to shooting hunting rifles.
Some scenes show a chimney smoking on the roof of a house from afar, another scene shows fog in the background and yet another a steam-powered vehicle standing and driving.
Someone's right eye is an artifical one and you only see the white of that artificial eye - no iris or pupil. He is one of the main characters and you will see his eye a lot.
Additionally, someone's left eye is shortly shown rotated unnaturally far to the left for a moment.
One scene has several unusual sounds somewhat quickly one after another, including (not in order): A gun shot, a bell ringing once, wood being hit on wood repeatedly, a bird screeching, knives being clashed together and a deer growling.
Some other "unnatural" sounds are heard at times in some other scenes, but I cannot quite judge the severity of them.

In several scenes, someone shoots at another person without hitting them. However, in one scene, someone accidentally receives a glancing shot to the ear.
Gun shots before the scene where you can then see someone shooting at a scarecrow.
