I don't think any DV is shown on screen, but Gillian talks about her late husband abusing (and sexually assaulting) her.

Judith and John abuse alcohol in many episodes, especially first season. Other characters get drunk occasionally. Most drink moderately.

Yes but it’s dealt with as an issue and not for laughs, if that makes sense.

Season 2, episode 1: Judith is drunk and says “I feel queasy” and then there’s vomiting. Plenty of warning, so I don’t know if it’s on screen or not bc I looked away.
Season 3, episode 6 (or season 4, episode 1) - Robbie vomits into a bucket. Plenty of warning. You’ll know it’s coming.

There are some every season. (SPOILERS: Judith's fall down front steps, Alan's heart attack, "Calamity's" birth, Kate's bleeding scare and ultrasound at the hospital, and probably other scenes.)

S1-2(2013-2014) include a lovely F/F romance, but in s3 (2015) one partner dies. The writer has said that it was done for the sake of drama. I noped out of S3 without finishing it.

Yes, though it's not shown, only talked about. She was walking and hit by a car, and she dies from her injuries.
