I can only assume that the people saying "yes" are talking about whatever Megatron and Starscream have going on. While it is a valid interpretation of their dynamic, it's probably not how it was intended.

Ravage, a character who is vaguely canine or feline is a soldier for the decepticons. shouldn't be triggering though.

When Starscream is doing what he does best (threatening people), a boa constrictor finds a cozy home on his robotic shoulders. According to Rumble, it looks ¨stunning¨ on him.

Not very scary, but the ghost of the traitorous Decepticon Starscream appears in two episodes. That guy just doesn't know when to quit. . .

Only in two episodes. The Decepticons Scourge and Cyclonus are possessed by the ghost of Megatron's former second-in command, Starscream. It is actually a little funny, depending on your perspective, and whether you like 'screamer or not. . .

In an attempt to "cure Galvatron's madness," Cyclonus takes him to a planet that serves as the equivalent of a mental asylum.

All of the Stunticons are depicted and written with disorders that were considered "scary" in the 80s

The characters spy on each other very frequently, Decepticons and Autobots alike.

In the episode “Thief in the Night,” there’s a harmful stereotype of the Middle East. It has a stereotyped country called “Carbombya” filled with terrorists and led by an oil sheikh. This episode was so offensive that is caused Casey Kasem, the voice of Bluestreak, Cliffjumper, and Teletraan I and II, to quit the show, as he was Lebanese.

I don't know what you're talking about. But. That doesn't happen. Neither in the episode "City of Steel" nor "Microbots," (which was SUPPOSED to be episode 18, but is episode 11) and there's no mention of it ever in Transformers in general on TFWiki.net.
I don't know if you're thinking of something else or if the wiki is missing it, but it definitely doesn't happen in either of those two episodes.

Nearly every robot character has a gun or gun-like weapon of some sort and they're used in pretty much every episode. The main antagonist for the first 2 seasons IS a gun.

In the series bible for the show, they had a strict "no-nuke" rule, no nuclear anything.
