Repeatedly throughout the show - until episode five - the main character is gaslighted into believing she is "crazy," and needs severe help with a false diagnosis of 'paranoid schizophrenia.'
All but the mother are extremely supportive, and treat her as human. The mother is consistently dehumanizing, and gaslighting for her own selfish purposes.
The fiancé also gaslights both sisters, and his father gaslights him in another scene.
There are more then one gaslighting scene, and it's apart of the theme of overcoming abusers and finding your way in life.

During the scene with the cave-in, a red snake appears in order to guide the main character down the pathways in the cave. Nothing bad happens, and the character is perfectly safe although she does (naturally lol) freak out for a little bit when the snake first appears. I mean who wouldn't right? lol.

A grandparent (grandmother dies), but it's nothing graphic and the scene is pretty... well serene.

The "father - in - law" uses a syringe to inject his face (botox?), or at least it's implied to be botox; it could be something else.

Nothing graphic at all, just the main character being taken to the hospital and then admitted with the diagnosis of being schizophrenic.
Everyone - sans the main characters mother - is supportive, loving, and kind towards the main character. So the only ableism comes from the mother and no one else.

See gaslighting that I mentioned above:
Basically, there is ableist language used against the daughter when given a false diagnosis of paranoid schizophrenia: the mother does this. The mother also uses ableist language against her mother.
The one male character does use ableist language against the grandmother, but does apologize for his mistake; it was said in the heat of the moment and you could tell he was embarrassed by his actions.
There could be more, but those are the main ones I recall

Very first episode right off the bat there is an "oral" scene, where the fiance goes down on the main character. There is also another sex scene of the fiance cheating on the main character with her sister.

It doesn't show the actual car crashing, but shows what happens when the people get out of the car. Followed by another gun shot.

The "father-in-law" shoots one of his employees in the head for disappointing him/not getting him what he wanted right away.
