One of the men in the group secretly films the woman cleaning up. She isn't nude but she isn't wearing much and he makes some uncomfortable commentary. Nothing explicit but it's gross and done without her knowledge or consent. It isn't revisited after the scene.

Lots of vomiting in this movie, most of which occur during seizures. 36:03 to 36:13 (she coughs and spits a bit after that, and at 36:28 she coughs and wipes her mouth. After that, she stops throwing up and coughing.) More from 34:35-35:24, mentioned at 37:11, 47:36-48:00, 1:15:30-1:15:53. You can see vomit/foam coming out of the unconscious man's mouth in most scenes he's in. There's also gagging, like when someone eats bad food at 54:24-54:42 and spits it out + gags. He also drinks vodka, spits out out, and coughs/gags again from 54:44 to 55:00.

(spoilers!) A clone of the female main character's boyfriend attempts to strangle her but does not succeed. He isn't technically her boyfriend, he's an alien/clone of him, but... important to mention regardless. (spoilers!)

From around 7:00 to 7:30, the camera man shows his friend a video that two of their other friends had left on the camera, which is them having sex. They do not show it in the movie but you can hear a woman moaning. There are sexual jokes and references throughout the movie, a few of which about "fornicating with aliens." At one point they find porn magazines and tapes in a cabin. They only show the covers of the porn magazines briefly, but they show a few seconds of the porn tape(from 55:10 to 55:17), which features a male-presenting person wearing a mask doing an odd "sexual" dance in various stages of undress (no nudity). It's weird, but not graphic. There is also a moment in which a man watches a woman clean herself, which I described in the "sexual assault" question here.

It's really hard to say if it was intended as a fat joke or not, but to err on the side of caution— At one point, everyone's breathing hard and sitting down after exerting themselves. Fjord, a large man, says that he's wore out, and someone else goes "Yeah, of course you are, Fjord." It's hard to tell if that was a comment about his weight or about him as a person. There's nothing else in the movie that indicates either way.

Multiple characters are shown nude throughout the movie. Multiple times with men, in which their lower part is blurred (other than one scene in which a drunk man falls and his entire butt is out), and one time with a woman, whose chest is not censored. None of those scenes are sexual or sexualized. 19:16 to 20:02 One of the men in the group secretly films the woman cleaning up. She isn't nude but she isn't wearing much and he makes some uncomfortable commentary. Nothing explicit but it's gross and done without her knowledge or consent. It isn't revisited after the scene.

Technically, yes. Not in any huge way but there is a moment where the camera person walks up behind his two (presumably cis) male friends and says "What's up, girls?" They don't take any offense to it and it isn't lingered on. It doesn't happen again.

At several points during the film, glitch effects occur on the screen, usually very minor and brief but they do flicker a bit. Sometimes the glitch effect is stronger, especially when meeting interference. The shaky cam makes a lot of lights flicker, as well.

No one has an eating disorder. However, I'll use this as a place to note that this movie does feature bad/rotting food. The food in their cooler rots overnight and they show it on camera, and they find old/bad food later that someone puts in their mouth and spits out. They also eat mushrooms that make them sick.

They refer to a scary man as "a bit vacant" and a "psychopath"— they don't say it to his face. The behavior they comment on is the man standing in the middle of the road + staring at them as they pass, and then later (spoilers) burying a body and sprinting at a camera in a tape the group found. (end spoilers). Another instance is someone calling their friend a "psycho" because he did something dangerous.

An unconscious man is dehydrated so they decide to try and inject saline into his arm with a syringe. They first mention wanting to do this at 46:10, show the needle and his arm at 47:25, and do the injection at 47:33. It lasts for a few seconds before he starts convulsing/vomiting, which ends at 48:00.

From to 4:20 to 6:44, there is a scene where the group is eating together, and they chew audibly + make mouth noises + talk while chewing. Someone also talks/breathes very close to the mic during that section. 17:50 to 18:20 has some loud chewing as well (loud enough that another character pointed it out.) From 39:51 to 40:00, the person behind the camera chugs water audibly into the mic.
