Young CIA analyst Joe Turner has his idealism tested when he learns that the CIA has been using an algorithm he developed to spy on American citizens, leading the organization to a terrorist plot that threatens the lives of millions. Inspired by Sydney Pollack’s 1975 political thriller Three Days of the Condor.
No actual assault, but there is a scene where a man forces a woman to cuddle with him basically (to restrain her while he sleeps, she is his hostage). She is upset, and it was disturbing for me. There is no sexual contact.
there's a cat whose person is out of the country and the person supposed to feed the cat is kidnapped but someone else comes to feed and take care of the cat and the cat is ok!
Kind of. A woman who is held hostage and physically assaulted in her home by the main character appears to forgive and work together with him. It’s a little more complicated than that, but may be triggering for some.
In episode 10 of season one, there is an audible crack when someone falls down a hill. It is not graphic - in fact it's only inferred to be broken - but it does occur.
cat is shown at start of episode but not mentioned again even though an assasin is in his (the cat's human companion's) apartment and then he flees the country, sans cat :/
might be mentioned in future episodes. tbd. will update if so
