Horses whipped through the snow, ridden too hard, two fall, one of them injured and put down.

Major, unavoidable part of the movie. From the moment the outlaws walk into town, they (or at least some of them) want to rape the townswomen. The first time Tex sees Helen he tries to grab her. Later, Pace forcibly grabs Ernine, but is made to let her go. One of the other women is seen crying and fleeing from the outlaws with her dress partly unbuttoned. This all culminates in a long and disturbing "saloon dance" scene in which the frightened women are forced to dance with the outlaws. The outlaws are rough and keep trying to forcibly kiss the women. Eventually Tex pins Helen against the wall and sexually assaults her, but is made to stop by another character.

I don't know, but I was pretty uncomfortable watching those horses stagger through the snow, with two of them falling down. I hope it was movie magic but it looked like a bad situation.
