i don’t think i agree with @SeenIt as there is more context (SPOILERS AHEAD) that the protagonist with PTSD finds out her friend was cheating with her (the protagonist’s) husband, as well as the protagonist thinks that the friend killed her other friend (which she did but it was an accident). it’s not necessarily because of her mental illness although it’s towards the end of the film where she does injure the friend and leave her to die (pretty maliciously) after a very traumatic second and third act so *shrugs*
