Report
The League of Gentlemen is a British comedy television series that premiered on BBC Two in 1999. The show is set in Royston Vasey, a fictional town in Northern England based on Bacup, Lancashire. It follows the lives of dozens of bizarre townspeople, most of whom are played by three of the show's four writers—Mark Gatiss, Steve Pemberton, and Reece Shearsmith—who, along with Jeremy Dyson, formed the League of Gentlemen comedy troupe in 1995. The series originally aired for three series from 1999 until 2002 followed by a film in 2005. A three-part revival mini-series was broadcast in December 2017 to celebrate the group's 20th anniversary.

A man has a dog tied to his bike and begins dragging the dog behind him as a child runs after him pleading with him to stop. This pathetic excuse for a "joke" results in a scene where later the dog's body is being dragged/has been dismembered with the bicyclist apparently still being unaware of the dog's presence. Another dog is chasing after the dog's bloody corpse at that point (what's left of it).

Series 1: Men are tied up and sexually harassed by a creepy naked old woman (S1 ep 1 and ep. )

-There's also a scene where a man books a taxi and the driver thinks he's answering her dating advert, thinking he wants to hook up she starts groping him in the taxi while he resists, but stops when she realises the mixup (s1 ep 5)

series 2: a woman is sexually harrassed by her boyfriend's domineering father (S2 ep. )
-s2 ep 3 a woman touches the groin of a man she's tied up, although this is very brief

(I've not watched the other seasons))

Not in the original run, but in the three-episode anniversary special, the second episode opens with a cat getting killed by a streetsweeper

The entire joke with Dr. Chinnery is that despite his best efforts, he is a HORRIBLE veterinarian, and numerous animals die under his care. Examples include a tortoise, a cow, and an entire pond of koi.

Dr. Chinnery is a veterinarian who's entire gimmick is that he accidentally kills animals under his care. The most cruel example of this is likely in the first episode, where he unknowingly euthanizes the wrong dog.
