No, but a cat is picked up uncomfortably and tossed. The cat is fine.

The movie was shot in 70's Italy depicting stories from the late 1300's. There are a number of iffy encounters throughout the movie, but explicitly a woman is raped by deception (by pretending to be her husband in the dark) and is horrified when she finds out. Also, the last scene of the movie depicts hell and many people are being raped, there.
