Not really. But an unhealthy interest of grown women in teenageboys. The technical part og fangirling is fun, but the hunger to spot an almost-child and discuss and objectify his body with other grown women is a bit disturbing, honestly.

I don't know the age of the k-pop idol in the story, but he seems like a 16-year-old, maybe, while the fangirls are ... in their late twenties? Also a young bartender who plays the guitar is objectified in unsettling ways.
No nakedness, not talk about sex, and no actual sex, though.

There is the suggestion of neglect (a child asking for food and being ignored) but this is revealed to be not true as it is remembered incompletely. And while not abuse per se, the male lead is abandoned outside in front of an orphanage as a child - this causes him significant trauma he deals with as an adult.

But they mention someone having vomited after a night out, that we do see a bit of.
