One of the main characters (Abby Clark) mom (Patricia Clark) has dementia, and it's discussed frequently. In S1E4 thru to S1E5 where Patricia manages to leave the house and get lost, there's a whole subplot about everyone searching for Patricia, which could be distressing to those who've experienced something similar. She is found safe and alive by the end of S1E5. However, Patricia does die in S1E9 from a pulmonary embolism in her sleep.
