Some blood but not gore, and it is not splatter-ish.
Since Ra Im is a stuntwoman, she gets quite a few bruises and some wounds.
Later, a bad accident happen, and there is a a lot of blood, but not ... you see that this person is bleeding, but it is shortly, like in the first minute after the accident, and the blood is dripping, but it's more like if you imagine one single frame in a hero comic book, not a double page action splatter.

I don't know if you can call it jokes. There is one "You need to lose weight" and one or two times more weight or food is briefly mentioned in a everyday fatphobic way.

On the contrary (one might say) as a rare occurrence in K-drama, there is a homosexual man who is definitely the coolest person among all characters. Only the stunt director is almost as cool as him.

Slightly, now and then, a look to a ribbed torso or beautiful shoulders. Not a fully dehumanising objectification. Just like "Ooh!"
On the other hand, there are som every mean comments like "I would never date a woman with such short legs." Those comments are put to shame, though.

Even if there is a man inside a womans body, I don't think there are scenes where he looks stupid in her dresses or anything. And she, in his body, does not wear dresses.
She does need to teach him to put on a bra, though, and it is a bit funny. But it is a man body explaining how to put it on, and it is the woman body who does it wrong who is funny, really.

Just shaving with a lot of foam. One time another person is teaching them how to shave by doing it for them. It's kind of a touching scene, and while not even a drop of blood is spilled, the fact that you can easily get a scratch while shaving makes the scene more fragile and fine.

I think it's ep. 19: An elevator falls down and explodes in flames. It feels more emotionally sad than bodily terrible. Also like the person dying will die before they feel any pain. There is some time before the elevator falls where they try to get away with apprehension painted in their face, and then "Oh No!", the elevator falls ... it's over.

LIke an idiot! The "He must have his daily swim in money or he will die. So I will give up on our mutual love without asking him". I hate that!
Furthermore, before the story starts, a firefighter has died to save lives.
Also, a depressed, suicidal person decides to die so that someone else can live.

Even if one guy admires the cool, open homosexual man of this story very much, to the extend he stands other people up to get a chance to meet him, and later has his hair done the same way as him, there is no evidence that their relationship evolves to more than admiration, cooperation and inspiration.
One might speculate that the straight guy subconsciously has a bit of a crush there, but ... that'll be up to the viewer.

S1
The heroine is kissed for a long time while she continuously tries to get free from that creepy "I want I take"-guy's grip. It's ep. 11 around 38 minutes in.
It gets increasingly stalking-ish and rape-y from there. It is not a show, where someone will actually get raped, but in ep 13 he forces his way into her room and throws her (while fully clothed) down on her bed and holds her. Before that, he has been saying to her closed door that she can't know whether, while she sleeps, he will force the door open.
It's a show with many good things, but *this* is so effed up.
