at the very end of season 1 episode 4, when Jorge walks Eva home, she feels sick (about the 16-17 minute mark). She doesn't vomit then, but it does happen after they part ways. It is not very graphic but you do see it.
s1e12- at the end (about the 11 minute mark), when Viri is at the bus station (before the scene of Nora walking home and after the one with Cris and Hugo ). The other person at the bus station vomits. It's not very graphic (there are no sounds and the camera is across the street) but you can see it. When we come back to Viri, it is visible but the person does not throw up again.
