The mogekos can be considered animals and in several endings they engage in sexual acts with the main character.

multiple "mogeko" - cat-like creatures - are shown dead throughout the game, in the form of sprites depicting mogeko dead in a puddle of their own blood.

That is the main plot point of the game, the mogekos lust over high-school girls and it is said very explicitly and word-for-word.

Albeit not 100% explicitly, there are several endings that include sexual assault, including one where she is forced to lay eggs.

(SPOILERS) one of the prevalent themes throughout mogeko castle is the theme of sexual assault - the mogeko are sexually obsessed with high-school girls - which yonaka is - and thus, yonaka is constantly chased by the mogeko in their attempts to restrain and rape her. in the first bad ending, the mogeko succeed in raping yonaka, and while this is never shown in images, audio plays throughout the scene of yonaka being raped - and, while not necessarily sexual assault, the second bad ending implies that yonaka's ovarian eggs were used to make more mogeko by mogeko larvae, as mogeko are hatched from eggs.

To put it simply, several mogekos are bloodied, one is missing it's head, one has half i's head torn open, there are blood-stains all over the castle and there is a mogeko beast that looks like an amalgamation and can be counted as gore and body horror.

the main character, yonaka kurai, is technically "kidnapped" as she had been riding on a train home, but was suddenly taken to mogeko castle after falling asleep.

(SPOILERS) while never shown throughout the game, there's a scene you can watch in the bonus room (which you can enter by completing both the true end and normal end of the game) where yonaka, talking to a radio show host, confirms that she feels romantic attraction towards shinya, her brother.

(SPOILERS) while the normal ending isnt necessarily "sad", the true ending can definitely be perceived as saddening. yonaka returns home and is forced to kill her brother by stabbing him, and becomes distraught as she realizes shinya could have easily dodged the attack and purposefully let himself die in yonaka's arms. the two exchange words before shinya finally dies, and yonaka proclaims that she is now "truly happy". it's implied that either yonaka was once again kidnapped by the mogeko on the train and brought back to the castle or she went to the castle of her own volition, as the end of the game reveals that the mogeko reading the story at the beginning of the game was actually king mogeko reading to a comatose yonaka, having attempted suicide through swallowing pills.
