mc was neglected by his parents in the childhood which resulted in him feeding himself and now is eating any chance he really gets. one time he even says a line like "gotta eat now as much as possible in case i don't have anything to eat later". he however eats and stays healthy and there are people taking care of him that he grows to trust and love and doesn't really think like that anymore (his appetite stays huge tho, which is rather good since he is a young teenager).

there is a break out of a prison [not sure if it was already animated or not yet tho] in which one villain crushes and twists other prisoners parts of bodies, there is no death on screen but it's kinda obvious that some of them didn't survive.

I would argue the "man in a dress" joke isn't supposed to be funny because a dude is using traditionally feminine clothes, rather, it's the fact that the character that has a crush on him is first confused as if to wether it is really him and then feels conflicted about the fact she finds him atractive even in a dress. Personally it does not feel humilliating nor does it seem hateful, it genuinely seems like a wholesome and kinda awkward thing that is supposed to be taken in a lighthearted way.
