No real ones. Fictional ones are involved in fighting, such as Don Flamenco's intro depicting bullfighting and Bear Hugger bringing a squirrel with him into the ring.

I wouldn't say abandoned, but Bear Hugger brings a squirrel friend into the ring with him in Title Defense. His TKO animation shows the squirrel being flung out of the ring from the impact of Bear Hugger being punched by Mac, and the squirrel isn't seem again for the rest of the game (unless you fight Title Defense Bear Hugger again, in which the squirrel is shown alive and well, but the animation is still the same.)

Not in the game proper, but [SPOILERS]

The player can come across DK as a secret fighter in Mac's Last Stand. Originally, this was a role held by Princess Peach. It was changed to Donkey Kong regarding concerns about Mac hitting a girl (Then Smash Bros. Happened)

Considering how he acts here...

Normally I'd say no because, while Little Mac is 17 years old, the game takes place in a professional boxing match so any injuries he has are purely part of the sport. However, some characters will say threatening or hurtful things to him that seem too harsh even for standard trash talking, and some use moves that could be seen as unnecessarily violent (Aran Ryan bringing a weapon with him, for instance). Basically, make of this what you will and take precaution if it's something that makes you uncomfortable.

Technically no, but in Title Defense mode Soda Popinski has scientifically engineered soda that makes him way stronger, essentially making it a kid-friendly reference to performance enhancing drugs. Make of that what you will.

In Title Defense, Bear Hugger brings a squirrel into the ring with him that can get injured and is thrown out of the ring when defeated. Some pre-fight scenes (don flamenco and bald bull in particular) show animals being attacked.

VERY tentative yes. One scene of Super Macho Man's Title Defense cutscene has women who appear to be grown adults fawning over the 17-year-old Mac, with Mac looking visibly uncomfortable. In tue same scene though, Doc his shown holding off those women and trying to get them to back off.

Tentative yes. Bald Bull asks Doc if he's teaching Mac to get spanked, and makes a joke about turning Mac into his errand boy. I don't speak Turkish, so take these as you will

In Title Defense mode, knocking off King Hippo's manhole cover will cause it to fall on his foot and he'll hop around and shout in pain. However, it doesn't look like his foot or toes are broken or severely injured.

Sometimes you or an opponent will get a tooth knocked out. It's not very graphic, but you do see the gaps in the teeth on the models afterwards. Some KO or TKO animations will also show a tooth flying out of someone's mouth

Not to his death, but King Hippo's KO animation shows him falling backwatds out of the ring (a woman can be heard screaming as he falls, though it's left ambiguous as to whether anyone else was actually injured when Hippo fell.)

Little Mac is the only minor in the game and isn't sexualized. However, Super Macho Man's Title Defense intro does show Mac being surrounded by fans who appear to be grown women and make Mac uncomfortable. Thankfully, Doc Louis tells them to back off.

Not intended to be reminiscenct of 9/11, but Mr. Sandman is shown pubching a building in a rage so hard, that it completely collapses. The cutscenes aren't animated, so the player only sees the aftermath, but it can still trigger alarm bells for some people.
