Yes and no. In episode 3, an obese female character states how hard she is trying to lose weight without success. The characters listening are unsympathetic stating she already ate multiple meals and drank multiple drinks. She is thrown out of the restaurant with the characters not granting her wish for weight loss. While no jokes were made, it does continue to perpetuate the belief that fat people have no self will and aren’t really trying.
