Wonder Green repeatedly flirts with and makes advances towards Wonder Pink, who is clearly uncomfortable with it. There is also a joke at the end where Wonder Green and Wonder Black have a bet that whichever of them defeated the most enemies would win a pair of her underwear, which she was not aware of and is angry to find out about. Vijounne also makes several innuendos toward Wonder Red, who appears to be embarrassed and uncomfortable. However, no character is ever physically sexually assaulted or raped at any point.

If the player gets a game over, the continue screen shows the character they were using leave their dead body as a spirit and cry. This happens with all playable characters, including children. Wonder-ghost, who is dead, is only three years old. However, they are an optional addition to the team. One of the characters also has a missing younger brother and, while it's never outright stated, it's implied he's dead.

The "Unite Gun" morph is used frequently in the game, and is required for some sections. Although it's neon green, it can take the form of semi-realistic firearms, and characters that use the weapon carry guns that range from cartoony to very realistic. Some enemies and bosses also fire projectiles. No blood or gore is shown when the bullets or projectiles hit.

Some of the villains fall to their deaths, and some of the qte fails show characters falling (Though the latter is always portrayed very comically and never shows any impact). It is also possible for the characters to fall off of ledges or into holes, though once again impact is not shown. At least two missions require you to save someone while they fall, but they survive.

Debatably. The character Wonder-makeup appears to be a woman, but her profile mentions that she's able to change someone's gender and ends with the line "Himself included". Though it's implied that she is a drag queen (She's inspired by a play called "Priscilla, Queen of the Desert", which is about drag queens) and it may be referencing that, it could easily be interpreted as misgendering a trans woman.

Many of the enemies in the Wonderful 101 have abnormal, alien / cybernetic physiques - these may make some players uncomfortable. Some optional Wonderful Ones are also depicted with abnormal heads or features, such as one having an entirely flat, framed portrait of his own head where a normal one should be. Alongside this, Operation 007 takes place entirely inside of someone's body, bringing with it adequately internal-looking architecture.

A few of close-up shots of Wonder-Pink, Vijounne and Immorta's chests and butts. Wonder-Pink is also the target of unwanted flirting and at one point two characters make a bet that involves the winner getting a pair of her underwear, something she did not consent to. On the flip side, she also makes several advances towards Prince Vorkken, and while he does not react to them it can be assumed he's not interested in her. Vijounne also makes a few sexual innuendo towards Wonder-Red and Wonder-Blue, and the former is visibly uncomfortable with this.

One of the villains is burnt alive by a lazer on-screen for several seconds, and you can hear him screaming in pain. There is no realistic burning, but his body is disintegrated.

Four of the main characters have a dead parent or guardian, and their deaths play important roles in the story. One of the deaths is shown in the game itself, but the other three are only mentioned.

Wonder-Blue and his brother are/were police officers, and there is a lot of talk about the two of them being heroes for their police work both in-game and in Wonder Blue's bio. You can also recruit police officers as temporary members.
