No, however there is dialogue between Oghren and Sigrun that is very uncomfortable to hear. He sexually harasses her constantly. He also harasses Mhairi and Velanna and makes a rape joke about Anders. It is not mandatory to recruit him, however.
The Mother, a major antagonist, appears to be bleeding from her eyes. The Architect, also a major antagonist, has a distorted face including his eyes; they are usually hidden by a mask. Like in the main game, it's possible for characters to have a status condition implying an injured eye, but you don't actually see this on the model.
There is an optional side quest titled "Till Death Do Us Part" in Amaranthine that ends with you finding a man who has hung himself and his suicide note
I’m not sure if it was intended as a joke but at one point Oghren, one of the potential companions, does call Anders, another companion, a “manskirt-wearing freak” in one of their banters.
Oghren is a companion in the game, and his character quest sets off a length of interactions when you click the object "Cast" which show him drinking until passing out and being very intoxicated
You can fight a high dragon in Drake Falls, and another one in the Blackmarsh if you do an optional side-quest. While in the woods, you enter a cave where you fight both a drake and baby dragons (like the main game)
One of the main unique enemies in the game is a new type of enemy called "The Children" who are bug-like grubs. There are also giant spiders, like the main game
If you choose to save Vigils Keep instead of Amaranthine in one of the final quests, the city will be burned to prevent the darkspawn from spreading beyond it, and there is a cutscene where survivors are burning to death
A quest in Amaranthine ends with finding a man who has hung himself, and there are various parts where humans who have been hung by darkspawn are present in the background (like the main game)
One of your potential companions, Nathaniel, is the son of Arl Howe from the main game. He is killed in the main game, and Nathaniel talks about it often
Oghren is married, though technically he abandoned his wife and could be considered separated from her for most of the game. He makes sexual advances towards many female characters, notably Sigrun, and makes jokes about cheating on his wife. The player character can also flirt with Anders regardless of their relationship status, though nothing more happens.
The companion Velanna's motivating event revolves around her sister being kidnapped, and later in the woods you are knocked unconscious and wake up in a cell and must escape
There are the same wild sylvan enemies as in Dragon Age: Origins, located in the Wending Wood. They engage with the character suddenly when approached, and are difficult to tell apart from other trees that are simply part of the scenery. They are also charred/slightly burning.
In Kal'Hirol Thaig, you see the ghostly echos of dwarves who died fighting darkspawn. They do not interact with you, and are purely for narrative purposes to show you what happened here
The final boss is a creature called The Mother who is a broodmother, a creature from the main game. It is a darkspawn who births other darkspawn- not exactly a pregnant woman, but I'm not sure where else to warn about this
Depending on player choices, it may be implied that Anders (who is bisexual) died off-screen, and he may also temporarily fall in combat like any other companion. However, he is confirmed in Dragon Age II to have survived.
There is some sexual innuendo in dialogue. One of the main antagonists is a female darkspawn with a bare chest, but it's not exactly depicted in a sexual way.
