At one point GLaDOS suspends Chell high above the ground with a manipulator claw. Before this a Turret called Oracle is seen trapped in a pipe and begs for help (but it isn’t as much restrained as it is jammed, if that makes any sense)

Cave Johnson does make a sexual assault joke "I'm no psychiatrist, but coming from a bunch of eggheads who wouldn't recognize the thrill of danger if it walked up and snapped their little pink bras, that sounds like 'projection'."

Though there is no sound effects to suggest an actual hard time breathing, the main character does get gassed with Neurotoxin so it can be assumed.

The player character is repeatedly insulted for her weight and called fat, despite not being even slightly overweight. While there is no indication this actually bothers her, and the comedy is mostly derived from how cheap of a bully the offending party is, it might be triggering to players who struggle with body dysmorphia.

One character is stranded in space, regretful of their actions. Another character is implied to have been uploaded into a computer. We listen to a third character’s health fail, and it’s implied that they die from their illness.

There is a scene in which the player travels in a large, decaying metal cube that smashes violently into walls. No one is injured as a result.

If you don’t disconnect Wheatley in time, a nuclear explosion destroys the entire facility. It is a huge facility which travel miles underground, and Announcer makes reference to a reactor core, so it’s presumably nuclear or on a nuclear scale.

In the first game, blood will be put behind you on a wall if you get shot by a turret. This is removed in the second game.

There are levels with water where you die if you fall in.

No actual guns are used, however you WILL get shot at by robots repeatedly throughout the game.
