Attempted. The main antagonist attempts to gaslight the main character into believing he's his split personality and therefore they are the same person with the same crimes. This does not work.

A main character is missing an eye, having torn it out himself. This is not graphically described, and mostly brushed over. The removed eye lives in his blade as it's own character and is often present, but is never gorey.

Througout several chapters in the 60s range many bones are broken, including those of a small child. In Chapter 88 the main character breaks his leg, though this is brief and heals quickly. The main characters weapon specifically breaks people's necks often. There is an unnamed street performer who breaks his ribs, leaving him permanantly injured. A character breaks their arm off screen at some point towards the end of the novel, losing full use of that arm.

Minor spoilers, artifacts getting destroyed happens a lot.
Precious sword gets broken pretty quickly into book one (web + seven seas) but gets repared later in the book series.
In book 1 & book 2 an armoury is set on fire, probably with very valuable items in them that can't handle heat.
fan is broken in book 3 of web version and I think 4 of seven seas?
Lots of valuable items are pawned in book 4 (web) and book 6 (seven seas), not destroyed though.
In the last book, lots of very expensive buildings are destroyed with invaluable items in them. Like, a lot.
I think in one of the extra's, some precious artifacts are destroyed as well.

2 suicides and one attempted suicide in Chapter 191, all by hanging. This quite graphic and likely distressing. Another character in the past slit her own throat in order to sacrifice herself for her country. She does not die, but bears a scar from it. A minor antagonist is mentioned to have killed herself, though this is not described. The main love interest had suicidal ideations in the past, though does not succeed.

Starting Chapter 81 and into Chapter 83 the main character self mutilates to distract himself from an aphrodisiac. This gets quite graphic. In Chapter 191 the main character becomes self destructive in response to trauma. In Chapter 195 the main character stabs himself and lays in the middle of the street for several days to see if someone will help him. Throughout the novel there are numerous instances where the main character does not intentionally self harm, but is extremely negligent with his own wellbeing in a way that could be considered self harm. In Chapter 73 a child refuses to eat and expresses suicidal thoughts, but is convinced to eat. A character slit her own throat prior to the novels start in order to save her country, leaving a visible scar.

Yes, there is a malevolent “fetus spirit” who appears many times. This character is the result of an abortion. They are described as being extremely disgusting and troublesome. In the latter part of the novel the fetus spirit is cared for lovingly by the mother who was glad to be reunited despite the spirit’s aggression & appearance.

This is a difficult question to answer. The Wind Master seems to prefer being referred to as she/her and appearing in female form, but we don't have enough insight into the character's mi dset to say for sure if they're genderqueer or a trans woman. On the other hand, Ling Wen, a woman, often appears as a man because that's the only way many mortals will take her seriously, and is sometimes referred to in the text as he/him when in male form.

I'm not sure I would say there's jokes about it. They do pretend to be a bride to lure out a "ghost" that has been attacking & killing entire bridal parties as they travel. The intention of the two main characters is pretty clear to be that they enter a romantic relationship, but due to censorship laws from the country of origin, the author has to find a few creative ways to imply this without being overt.
