David Gale rat dies at the end. David Gale is a rat in this one, yes. Beats being a freak doctor I guess; Also there is extensive conversation about some rats in some walls (cause of that other H.P. tale) and how the old landlord lady wants to kill them.

Technically yes. 🚫Huge spoilers ahead and don't read if this is one of your triggers🚫 but father Jonathan coerces Barbara Crampton's character into performing oral sex on him, in exchange for letting her out. She was in mental shambles and couldn't have given proper consent for many reasons.
Also David Gale rat licks Barbara's body while she's asleep. It is done in a comedic enough way, but still counts I guess.
