Punisher’s wife and daughter were killed in his backstory (fridging) and Ma Knucci is killed brutally. Every other kill is of a male, though (outside of innocents, who you have to restart the section if you kill iirc).

Easily one of the goriest games if you patch in the uncensored kills (and you have to download an external mod to access them), otherwise there’s still excessive gore but the torture or at least special interrogations are predominantly offscreen. Exploding body parts with gore bits also come up in gameplay, they’re rarer than in the Deadpool game but if you use the shotgun it’s inevitable.

Since dismemberment seems to count under this category, yes. Decapitation is more common in uncensored kills but regardless of what version you’re playing you can shoot limbs off with guns (dismemberment is not frequent).

If you download the uncensored kills there’s a special interrogation with eye mutilation. I assume you wouldn’t install these if you have gore triggers but eye maiming is still heavily implied in the base game if you go through with the drill interrogation in the Chop Shop.

The zoo is filled with slaughtered animals. There’s a level with tons of dead animal matter, I forgot if it was carcasses or what would fall under the general definition of meat but one of the enemies is disgusted since he’s vegetarian.
