This was really upsetting to me. The death of a baby (eaten by a cannibal toddler) is described by the father in a lot of detail, even if not shown visibly. Like very specific in terms of body parts and whatnot. I lost it at least so if you are sensitive just skip forward when the dad starts talking about her little sister..
