Not family related, but yes. In Volume 3, Todd (the third ex) secretly cheated on Envy (Scott's former girlfriend and Todd's then-current girlfriend at the time) by having an affair with Lynette (the drummist of Todd and Envy's band.) Envy doesn't realize this until she notices Todd and Lynette coming out of a restroom with the latter's panties on the former's head. It should be noticed though that Lynette seduced him into doing it.
