In the mission at the Berlin wall when you have to go to the pub toilet to escape through a window, there is a man vomiting in one of the stalls. No visual apart from his legs however there is audio which is quite graphic and would be triggering for some people with emetophobia. I'm emetophobic and I was fine but I recommend muting the game whilst you escape the building if vomit-audio triggers your emetophobia.
