You hear screaming (mostly) off-screen as the scene flashes btw shots of the woman from the shoulders up w a hand over her mouth, and shots of her husband trying to break the bedroom door down to get to her.
Additionally, there's another rape scene 01:06:45 - 01:09:00, beginning w a male character disrobing before the camera pans away; you hear screaming but do not see anything; while not graphic, the audio is extremely disquieting.
