I haven't seen a dog in this game yet. I haven't finished it, and will update this if I see a dog and it is hurt or killed, even though so far everything in this game that has "died" disappears and will be reassembled elsewhere.
In a scene that is exceedingly reminiscent of domestic violence, a character is unable to fight back or explain themselves while someone lambasts them, beats them, and tells them they don't deserve to live. It cannot be skipped, and is depicted as very traumatic to the characters mental state.
There's a bad ending where a main character is implied to have died. Avoid it by thoroughly exploring Rhombus Square on the last day, and talking to a certain character there.
This is a story about a fictional world in which the beings you fight are synthetic, with actual people controlling some but not feeling pain. There is a fire attack, and there is a "Burn" status effect that lowers hit points over time, but there is no graphic scenes involving burning someone, and beings simply disappear once they lose all their "Hit Points."
There are "Dream Sequences" with a view that sways a lot. There is a scene where a person is traumatized and that scene also has a view that is swaying.
Borderline. Beings in this game are composed of "Instant Matter" which dissolves in sufficient water. Beings that dissolve are remade a short distance away and take a small amount of damage to their "Hit Points."
Alcohol is an item in game you can drink for a temporary bonus. Consumable items like that are placed on a Cooldown once used, and no deleterious effects happen to people using them.
While not explicitly for autism, and the character it happens to isn't specifically said to have it, there is a scene of abuse in the game that hurts someone with difficulties expressing themselves like an autistic child would have. It reminded me very much of this type of abuse.
Borderline. Synthetic Animals are a constant enemy in the game, but after being brought down to 0 they disappear. This is explained in game as being made from "Instant Matter" that breaks down. They respawn later.
There are giant bug enemies. A character in game hates bugs, this is used as a running gag for comedy. She is not ridiculed for this, but a character does state to someone outside her presence that they don't understand it themselves. These enemies are not skippable, and there is a giant Antlion and a Giant moth, both of which are large "boss" enemies that cannot be skipped. There is also a very large amount of bugs that must be fought.
There is a cat enemy. It can be killed. It can be avoided as well. They drop a "furball" item that can be used to get better equipment, but you can obtain this item via trading other items with traders.

Animals are a constant enemy, and you fight and "kill" them, though this is not graphic and they are shown disappearing. However, they are never treated more cruelly than any other enemy, and are only interacted with in fights. The animals are also simulacrums constructed from "Instant Matter."
There is an animal that flies around and shoots at you with a gun. Ranged combat in this game is usually relegated to magic or energy being thrown around.
