You are forced to kill dogs to finish the sixth campaign level… actually idk if you have to kill them but it will at least be significantly harder without doing so.
Depiction of seppuku in a samurai execution. Victim is offered blade and they stab themselves in the stomach, but what likely kills them is when your character decapitates them.
When you’re excessively injured in a fight but don’t die, you’ll walk around later covered in blood and scars that don’t go away until you die and respawn.
Various samurai daimyo before Apollyon kills them. Also in the knight campaign, Vikings are murdered one by one at a chopping block and I think they were restrained first. However, most fights are the take-no-prisoners type and people are just killed on the spot.
Apollyon’s village was almost entirely wiped out by Vikings when she was young. She exacts revenge on the lawbringer who decided not to protect her village and becomes the main villain of the campaign, killing and torturing all who she believes are “sheep” as opposed to wolves.
Some characters curse in their native tongues (for sure Icelandic, maybe Latin, Mandarin, Cantonese, Japanese, Arabic, and some kind of ancient Egyptian language).
Not anymore. There used to be a Valkyrie execution in which the victim placed their hands on her chest before being murdered, but it was changed so that she blocks them with her shield.
