Most, if not all, of the sexual content in the campaign are innuendos. Mason, in Path of Perdition, is a prostitute and often makes comments about his job (he also makes various vulgar hand gestures after realizing the rest of the disaster gang didn't realize he was a prostitute, saying "[he does] a little bit of this, a little bit of that.").
