Ugh hate to say this but yes both in-universe and on a meta level, they repeatedly act like relationships between adult and children (or at least characters that look like children) isn’t a big deal

i don't know what the comment about the 13 year old is about. it is worth saying though, that a middle schooler dates his teacher, a high schooler gets engaged to her teacher, and an elementary schooler has a one-sided crush on her teacher. in the manga, the elementary schooler actually dates him, but this was changed in the anime. most of these are mentioned briefly and hardly come up again. the high schooler + her teacher is an important side character backstory that comes up a few times, though, and the elementary schooler's crush on her teacher is definitely very uncomfortable

Sakura and Toya’s mother died when the former was 3. The show is set 7 years later, but their father loves her so much that he never considers dating or getting remarried.

no but a character has very high metabolism and eats a ton of food because they’re always still hungry, it’s never portrayed as an eating disorder though

the play in episode 14 is cinderella with gender reversed roles and while its mostly fine, they switch between shots of touya as cinderella and sakura looking embarrassed or shocked and its brought up later with touya being very embarrassed about it. later on, xiaolang plays a princess in a play too, and is really embarrassed and mad about it. he looks cute though and there's only one annoying comment

a girl hides her long hair in one episode for whatever reason and is misgendered because sakura and tomoyo think she's a boy. the girl doesn't care at all though
