Somebody commented already, but for someone with severe emetophobia like me the first v*mit scene in episode 2 isn't offscreen. You might wanna skip at 27:30 (when the camera shows the maggots) to approximately 28:20
The uncle then throws up a second time in episode 2 (this time offscreen) when the main character talks about the maggots again, while having dinner.
