No. Sex scenes are enthusiastically consented to by the characters afaik. A lot of the show is about the wife missing sex. With that said, near the end of S1E1 the husband has rough sex saying possessive things after getting angry at her. He stops out of guilt but she wants him to keep going, and she has a mark the next day from it. Strained conversations afterwards.
