there is in fact a dog in this movie, we see him in the very beginning, but nothing bad happens. his owner hides him in a closet when she thinks they may be in danger, so it's implied that he's well cared for. he's not shown for the rest of the movie.

Only if you consider it animal abuse to keep a pretty big snake in a pretty small terrarium.

One. At first it's in a terrarium; then it gets out and crawls over someone's bare legs. It doesn't harm anyone.

Well, the killer stalks all the people in the camp in that slasher movie kinda way.

Not in the typical sense, but young teens are bullied by other young teens; in one case it's so bad that it constitutes torture. Also, we see dead/reanimated children with their eyes removed.

A couple is very into drugs (weed and pills; they don't care what it is that they take); it may or may not be outright addiction.

SPOILER: kind of. The main antagonist of the film is a possessed teenager who goes on a killing spree with an axe. Not exactly cutting but still

SPOILER: the first death in the film involves an axe that repeatedly hits a person's skull and kind of splits it. Very graphical

Not to death, but there's a scene in the beginning in which one girl burns the arm of another one with a lighter.

Not really, I believe, but we see a painting of someone cutting off her hand, and later on we see the hand, now in skeletal form, being handled.

It's not the ankle, but the shin. It breaks badly enough for a big part of it to come out through the skin on the side of the leg. It happens around 59 minutes in. ... The part of the bone sticking out is pushed back in a little later (around 1h 4m, just after a JVC player is mentioned); we see it being done pretty close up, and it's nasty.

SPOILER: right at the beginning of the "story" inside the film, there's a scene in which a couple of teenagers hunt a girl, tie her up and burn her arm with a lighter. Pretty intense scene overall. Later in the film, there's also a scene in which a girl is trapped in an outhouse with a lot of bugs and big spiders, that she seems to be afraid of.

There may be one or more lightning-fast flashbacks to someone being or having been hanged centuries before; I'm not sure, since there were so many split-second images in the flashback montages. Otherwise, no. However, there's a pretty long scene in which someone is lifted up enough for her heels to leave the ground, with a rope that goes under her arms (I believe) and over a high-sitting tree branch, and the crazy-mean bullies who are doing it talk menacingly about the person who was hanged there long ago, so... it's a hanging-adjacent scene, so to speak.

No, but there are reanimated corpses... Seen out of context (like, if you only saw a few seconds of the movie), they might as well be alive. I mean, they look horrible, scary, dirty and more or less bloody, but they don't seem to be decomposed/decomposing, and they move pretty normally.

No, but while talking about a time when she very nearly died, but was saved with CPR, a woman says that she sometimes wishes she hadn't been saved. Such thoughts are akin/related to suicidal ideations, I think. At least they are in my case.

Someone is locked in a pretty small shed (with a handful of bathroom stalls in it) and stays there for a long time, maybe hours. We only see her alone in there briefly. ... Also, two characters walk around in a spooky tunnel system underground for about the same amount of time, trying to find a way out; however, the tunnels aren't narrow or low-ceilinged. Furthermore, someone hides from a killer in a pretty small storage room.

The cuts shown aren't old scars, so I think it's safe to say that the person hasn't stopped self-harming, unless she did so very recently.

There are super fast, very red-toned flashback "montages" several times, most of the images lasting only a split second.

not very large, but there is an age gap between a female camper and a male counselor. ages aren't mentioned, but it seems like the camper is around 14/15 years old and the counselor is around 18. they say it is the camper's last year in camp and the counselor's first year as a counselor. there is a 5 year age gap between the actors.

ambiguous ending -- this is the second movie in a trilogy. I guess it is sad because SPOILER many people are murdered, but that's also part of the plot so it was expected.

Very much so. Some deaths (young adultes) are quite gory and gross, others (children) are off-screen and only depicted through audio gore
