In a few episodes, someone is kicked in the balls. Two examples include Mario’s Spicy Day (SMG4 is kicked in the balls at the end of SMG3’s monologue, which is at the end of the episode) and The Very Safe and Legal SMG4 Show (SMG3 is kicked in the balls by a clown at around the beginning of the episode). It doesn’t happen often though.

It's not shown on screen, but in WOTFI 2021, Melony has to kill Axol to stop SMG0. Considering how she had a big sword in thst moment, it can be assumed that she either sliced or stabbed him.

Only every now and again, but it’s normally just the gang dressing up like clowns if anything (ex: The Very Safe and Legal SMG4 Show, Clown Fever, WOTFI 2024, WOTFI 2023, We Must Kill Mario, and more). And in general, WOTFI 2024 and The Very Safe and Legal SMG4 show are both heavily circus/carnival themed. Not only that, half of the cast in WOTFI 2024 are dressed like clowns or have clown makeup on.

Multiple episodes show this, especially in modern episodes. Heres some of the ones I know of.
The first episode that (at least) depicted it is “super Mario 64 bloopers: dreams”. In this, Mario eats a crap ton of ‘mushrooms’ at the start and after Yoshi jumps off the castle roof (keep in mind this is SM64 we’re talking about) he ends up not feeling well, even saying so himself. Mario crawls to the side of one of the castle towers and vomits. No visual, no sound. Just text that goes absolutely chaotic.
In Mario Simulator Interactive (an interactive made sometime about 2016 on YouTube) there is an option on the pirate ship named “Twas the fox!” where the fox is told (by capn, the captain of the pirate ship) to prove he hasn't eaten the lunch and ‘spit it out’. The fox ends up vomiting objects? Unrealistic visuals, audible sound. Could be triggering for some like me.

In “SMG4: A Happy Little Road Trip” (posted in April 2023), SMG4 owns a van which after he says “and listen to this engine!” the van spits out oil (and Mario) which kinda implies vomiting? Idk ok
Later on in the episode at about 6:39 Meggy and Mario fight between a McDonald's drink (undetermined what drink it is). Mario drinks some of the shake and Meggy snatches it, eating the whole thing and vomiting. Visuals are kind of shown & audio.
The one of the most recent episodes, “SMG4: Mario Soup” shows Mario trying to make soup for SMG4 who has a cold (he doesn't look like he has smh). Sometime halfway, the narrator (the unnamed figure in the episode) brings in a demonic version of Gordon Ramsey who looked at the soup and well.. You can fill in the gap. Visual and audio the same as A Happy Little Road Trip. There is also a word mention at 4:22 (according to YouTube transcript). “…that doesn't make me want to vomit”.
The ACTUAL most recent video, „SMG4: Super SMG4 Party”, when SMG4 says he likes the party and cuts to the table scene where all of the crew are, they chill and just before the end, Mario eats the cake (presumably), his eyes widen and the whole crew… idek at this point. I can presume it is vomit given it’s the same visuals from other episodes, but I don’t know—but it may be triggering to some.

Cops (actually SM64 Marios recolored to be wearing all blue) are recurring characters in the older episodes, usually accompanied with the "STAHP RIGHT THERE!" In "super mario 64 bloopers: dreams", when Mario and Bowser is in a fight sequence, Mario just isn't fighting (properly, as Bowser says).

One of the SMG4 movies, Western Spaghetti, shows SMG4 and the rest of the crew holding guns and training with them. Additionally, Wren (I think) consistently shoots his gun at some of the crew such as Meggy and Mario during their respective fight scenes.
