It's right at the beginning (1:43 one minute 43) into the movie when the woman goes into the basement. She is on her knees and then v*s like she's in pain. Was over within 2 seconds and you don't hear much just visual. Wasn't super triggering to me as I went back and rewatched for the time stamps.
