There is at least one spider boss (to my knowledge) called Lukki, which has very long spindly legs just like a spider, however there are mods/texture packs to change it. There are also regular monsters that say they are spiders that you can find throughout the game, which are also called Hämis in the progress tracker, however they don't resemble spiders as much.
