Not really stalking, but in episode 3 one character finds someone he met briefly on social media & shows up at a bar where she tagged her location, to ask her questions. It's lighthearted though.

No, but there are multiple scenes where a character throws and smashes objects during a meltdown. People sometimes get in the middle of this but never on purpose. No one is injured.

in episode 5 when the dad is driving the car talking to his son, he gets worked up, says "oh shit" and pulls over to do it. it lasts a few seconds, somewhere around 19 minutes in. there's also a character that says things like "that makes me want to throw up" when people say things they don't like, but it's just an expression, and they never come close to actually doing it.

In the last few episodes there is a storyline where Violet's brother wants to move her into an assisted living facility, they visit the facility in episode 7 and there is mention of treatment, but it's not a mental hospital per se.

This is just an opinion but I would personally say the autistic characters themselves are well-written and well-played. The actors playing the autistic characters are autistic too and that helps a lot. The potential issues with the show —the issues I’ve seen many fellow autistic folks have with it— are more about framing: It seems to have a neurotypical lens and a slight sympathetic bias towards the neurotypical characters who feel like the “main characters,” so to speak.

The definitions on this one are iffy at best, as many may consider the term "mentally ill" objectionable in this context. But in episode 6 a character with developmental challenges throws several objects and food items at someone who hurt her feelings. Then in episode 8 the same character has a meltdown and damages another character's car.

Three of the main characters in the show are autistic adults living semi-independently with an aide. They are each at times mistreated, misunderstood, made to feel like burdens, bullied, put in distressing situations, infantalized, and subjected to behaviorism. It’s a fairly accurate portrayal compared to most but nonetheless difficult to watch at times as an autistic person. No physical abuse, no explicit ABA (however, some of the tactics are used).

Many of the episodes depict one or more of the autistic characters struggling with all sorts of noises, most especially eating noises, and the audio design plays it up to draw awareness of the sensitivity for neurotypical viewers. (ep1 ~10min, ep6 ~2min)
There are also several scenes throughout demonstrating the autistic characters atypical eating habits, where there are gratuitous eating noises, although less played up. (ep1~10min, ep5 ~3min and ~18min, ep6 ~1 min)
In the first episode there's a scene where two neurotypical characters share a whispered conversation punctuated with a kiss. The sound design here was a bit sloppy, and people with sensitivity might want to cover their ears for that one as well. (ep1 ~9min)

On two occasions different characters become deeply upset and use adjacent phrases, but don't appear to be actively considering suicide.
