In Agent's breakdown scene, the lights flash from red to blue. There are a few other scenes that could be seen as flashing, such as the several of the animated scenes and the body discoveries.

In terms of explictly LGBTQ characters. A character who is confirmed as Bisexual (outside of the series by the creator) dies at some point. The creator of the series, Tofudemaru (who is queer themself), has also stated that they would consider every character to be LGBTQ and a good amount of them die as well. None of the deaths are related to being queer however and there are surviving queer characters.
