Not explicit, but in one sidequest you're introduced to a post-apocalyptic dating service called "Sparker" which is implied to be used for sexual reasons by many people.
In one side quest, a man named Damien is gaslit by his brother into believing he's kidnapped, when in reality he is running the criminal gang forcing him to work to "free" his brother. This pushes Damien to the edge and he becomes suicidal after finding out he was lied to.
Multiple children are seen in a hospital setting through the main character's flashbacks. None of them are explicitly struck or hurt by an adult, but it is stated numerous times they are being experimented on.
One of the main characters is a recovered addict. This is mentioned numerous times throughout the game, both by the character in question as well as passerby. The character has fully recovered from their addiction and is never seen using drugs throughout the course of the game.
