I wouldn’t say so. We hear that the poor victim, Betsy, was stabbed well over 50 times. Some brief flashes of crime scene/autopsy photos used to show a stab wounds as used to document the fact that the killer was someone Betsy trusted. Nothing excessive and if they were shown in a theatrical film, they would easily still get a PG13 rating..
