At 3 minutes, the last image before the credits is of a man lying dead with v* next to and on his mouth. Right after Tennant says "Alexi Volkoff was murdered." Lasts a couple seconds.

It is briefly shown again right when they come back from the opening credit sequence, and a closeup after Tennant says "Guys, FOCUS." It is shown for the entire scene with Commander Chase and Jesse.

In the next scene, Kai and Lucy are watching video footage of the interrogation before Volkoff died, Volkoff coughs and collapses, but they do not show him being sick.
